Why we built this
Deploying AI agents in a regulated enterprise is hard. Not because the AI is hard — it's because every layer underneath has to be right: auth, tenancy, consent, audit, data residency, access control. Most AI platforms treat these as optional add-ons. We treat them as preconditions, enforced on every model call.
India's regulatory environment for AI is moving from guidance to enforcement in a single window: the DPDP Consent Manager regime operationalises through 2026 and binds in May 2027, RBI's FREE-AI expectations are already flowing down to vendors, and CERT-In's incident clock is active now. We built EAIP so a regulated lender can deploy AI agents and produce the evidence a board and a regulator will ask for — from day one, not after a multi-quarter compliance project.
